A day with Degas

We made it to the Discovering Degas exhibition at the Burrell. 
A fantastic collection of over seventy pieces of his work including paintings, sketches and sculptures. These have been put together for the exhibition from collections in England, Ireland,  France and of course the city's own collection that was gifted in 1944 by the Burrells.. Also lots of information on his works and about the people who helped the Burrells gather their twenty two paintings. A magnificent exhibition and worth seeing again.
