Rain coming

We headed out for an early walk as rain forecasted for the afternoon. We packed cocoa and a snack and headed off.
Sat up the hill we could see the rain moving over the valley. Hubby said we will be home before it arrives, we weren’t, we got very, very wet.
Hubby requested a cake so that was a job for after lunch.
Quality reading time before making dinner.
Daughter sent me a photo of the grandson that made me laugh, he was pushing his trike with Ruby, the dog, sitting on it.
Got into Rebus TV series so will watch the last couple of episodes tonight.
