Some old bird on the beach

I took this photo on the beach at Moureka Boulders, New Zealand. The wonderful think about wildlife in this region is that it is not afraid of man and is quite happy to come and sit with you whilst you admire the view.

The boulders are unusual rock formations - like giant rock marbles that are dotted along a stretch of the coastline
