First light

Out and about with the dawn today got a bike ride in at 6:30 am .Its by far the best time of day to be out ,you see so much more wildlife ,this herron was stood in the middle of the river bathed in sunlight as soon as it saw me it was off . bigger.

There is also a large number of cyclists about today as its a british cycle event with three lenths of rides ranging from 50 to 120 miles that sounds like too much on a scorching day like today
