Another sea “swim” :)

Early birds accompanied me again as I packed up Amadeus and headed back home.
I had an emergency dental appointment for a broken tooth and with a successful outcome.
Off for a birthday lunch with Lorraine at The Cafe Du Park…delicious food and perfect company.
Off to the bike shop to choose the tyres for my new bike.
Off to the beach for a swim absolutely beautiful and one of the most invigorating experiences I’ve had recently.
Back home to prepare supper for auntie and I before catching up with my care duties.
Fell asleep on the sofa as auntie wanted me stop up with her and watch a show with her, 50 minutes of power napping;)
