Million yuan number plate?

A common site to any Shenzhener is cross-border number plates.

I very much doubt this driver will have paid anywhere near one million yuan (£100,000) as the is a right hand drive Hong Kong registered Range Rover. The other type of licence plate which would be left hand drive Mainland registered vehicle is likely to be quite pricy and approaching the 1 million yuan mark. On top of that there's an extra car insurance premium to pay too!
