beautiful shoreham..

I always love the beach of course, who doesn't? But these few weeks when the flowers are out, and on a day like this with summer sunshine and spring breeze, are absolutely perfect.
Taking it very easy today after tripping over a kerb and finding myself flat on the ground in Worthing car park. Initially worried I might have broken a rib but just bruised, I think. So, no tennis, no running, no carrying heavy things. I enjoyed the gentle walk however!
