Homemade Scottish Shortbread.
The Feast Day of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart. The Feast Day of the Venerable Bede.
We woke up to a beautiful blue skied morning here in Rishton.
I got my morning tasks done and went to Best One for the paper.
After checking on my seedlings and feeding the birds, Paul and me walked to the Co op to see if they sold Harrington's cat sachets. They only had Felix and Whiskers and so we went to One Stop and they don't sell it for cats, but for dogs.So Paul is going to buy a new Galaxy Tablet from Curry 's this afternoon and will go to The Range for the cat sachets. Once cats get settled on a brand they enjoy it is hard to shift them onto something else. Hunter the ginger tom, is a good eater. Holly tends to wait for him to finish eating and then goes to her bowl. They have been watching the many young starlings on the bird table. Some are being fed by their mothers. Two had a bird bath and that was fun to watch.
I am watching Nadia make delicious fruit lollies with strawberries and kiwi fruit.
I will be watching the FA Cup final, and crocheting.
Paul has just lost a top tooth! He was eating a fridge chilled Twirl. He will need to register with a dentist soon.
Enjoy your Saturday afternoon and thank you for visiting my site blip friends.
