We had gone there to photograph the Bee Orchids and the Fly Orchids. But they were still in bud and need another week.

More birds added to my birdsong life list.
Goldcrest was one that gave me pleasure. We have had them in our garden for many years but they tend to stay high up in tall conifers and we rarely see them. Good therefore that Merlin confirmed that they are still there.
Great Black Backed Gull also added.
