Malton Food Festival

We got to Malton early as we wanted to get some free parking and arrived just as the stalls were opening. There is a park and ride for the festival, but as we are never interested in the ride and always prefer to walk, the 'small' charge seemed rather steep. Other people's ideas of a nominal charge are never the same as mine! We had a nice wander around and sat in the sun with a coffee. I was rather disappointed with the whole thing though. We haven't been for a number of years and I remember a wider variety of stalls with a greater range of foodstuffs. We left just as it was clouding over and beginning to feel crowded.
