Late in the Day

Elaine arrived this morning just l was hanging out the second lot of washing.
Lovely day so we had a coffee in the garden.
I fancy new patio furniture so we went to a few garden centres and DIY stores to be able to look at the quality and comfort of different sets. Prices seem to be either very cheap or extortionate and l want something in the middle.
Will probably buy online but have a better idea of what l am looking for now.
We had lunch at Moss and Moor which was very pleasant. Bought a birthday present there too.
Went to about six different places and drove about 60 miles on a round trip.
We are sat outside again now having a G&T and some nibbles.
Realised l had no photographs so it’s one of the Euphorbias in my garden , the variety l cannot remember but l like the little red star shapes.
Chicken Alexander for supper with some Jersey Royals and a bottle of wine that l bought along with five others at Waitrose as it was 25% off six bottles.
