Olden days
We didn't have a phone at home, when I wanted to call someone I'd wander down to the phone box at the top of Old Hall Lane. Now nearly everyone carries a mobile telephone so we're losing red phone boxes. This one is on the village green, it has been repurposed to hold a defibrillator - no more anxious teens ringing their boy/girlfriend.
Thank you everyone who called in yesterday, it's much appreciated. The first 14 years are the toughest...
