Glenelg beach

A busy day today. Took dad shopping and let him do all the hard work as he wants to know his limits. Walker in and out of the car boot at least four times as we went from shop to shop. He managed very well, thankfully. And bounced back after a short rest. In the afternoon S and I went for a walk on the beach - very refreshing! As we were walking along the front, I saw someone I thought I’d recognised - J. I called out - it was her. I’d been trying to work out if we’d have time to meet or not. We had a chat and hopefully we can meet.
A quiet evening at home - the steroids are working and almost not coughing now - thankfully!
