A walk in the park.....

I spent most of the day doing house and paperwork, not simply because it needed to be done, but after a gloriously sunny week, today's weather has been awful!

At about 6pm I forced myself to go out for a walk, and in my wanderings I I found this little park which is called Cadogan Street Temporary Garden, although there is no explanation why it is temporary. I am going to guess that it replaces something lost to the extensive MTR works that are going on in the area.

The park is tiny, but that didn't seem to worry the 2 joggers (in this heat!) who ran around and around it several times, you can see from the puddles what kind of day we have had.

The trees were full of birds making a heck of a racket! It was too dark to get a decent picture, but there was a lot of activity relating to which of them were going to get the girls who kept strutting about and then flying off just as the one male had driven off his competitor!

Returned home to settle down to listen to radio commentary of the Murray match, this could be a golden moment for him!
