NO TERN SO YOUR TURN

We went to Northumberland to look for the Bridled Tern but no luck. It was no luck for an awful lot of people but there was much laying about in the sunshine, appreciating the flowery hedgerows, and watching all the other birds. We did see Ruddy Shelduck and a Roseate Tern to up our list a couple of notches for this year, so all was not glum.

This Alpaca though was my favourite shot of the day, taken at Saltholme RSPB, she was just gorgeous, and so, so soft.

Bad news is that it is now Sunday, the tennis is about to start ...... and the television is not working! Bye Blip and hello laptop TV!
