Butterfly

I had a busy day today.  I was out in the garden by early morning (before the heavy heat hit)  and worked out there for about 3 hours.  Came in and had to take shower and then worked on prepping and cooking because we are going to have cookout tomorrow to celebrate Memorial Day.

Needless to say I'm a little sore now but work it out.
