Baking hot summer fair!

You know how we wish for good weather for summer fairs and such like? Well, all those people who wished hard for good weather may want to turn their efforts to another great cause like world peace, as yesterday was unbelievably hot!

But the crowds came out to support our wonderful summer fair. They bounced on bouncy castles, they played splat-the-rat, they painted their faces, ate international food and tried to knock coconuts off the shy.

And of course, at every available opportunity we filled them with sugar ...

To add to the fun - we also raised loads of money which will go to our new library.

I particularly liked this shot, as not only is there a happy customer, there is a little boy aiming with his water pistol (which sold like hot cakes!!)
