Puttanesca

J9 was in work today, so I cooked up a Puttanesca sauce, blanched some large Conchiglioni pasta & stuffed it with ricotta, spinach & organic smoked salmon*. It was then topped with mozzarella & Parmesan ready to go into the oven when she got home.
After a quick shower, I put the 1970s Helios manual lens on the Sony & took the mutt to the old Quarry, which was full of irises, ferns* & elderflower. As I have said before, I love the lenses imperfections & the look it gives to images.
I have to say, now it’s been eaten, dinner was bloody gorgeous too.
