My Work notes for the day

I am pretty anal about taking notes on the projects I am working on, but I have this issue of not being able to stick with a system. It might be because I am working on things at various stages, and the system just needs to change based on the stage of the project. Right now I am working on about 6 projects simultanously, and hte best way for me to track tasks is via pen and paper.
