I spent a few hours out on the bike this afternoon and had a look at the new cycle path that forms part of the public transport improvements that are happening at Leven to coincide with the return of the railway in the next week or so. The cycle paths are very welcome but I'm certain there will be plenty of people furious that the tarmac hasn't been used to repair the roads instead.
