A day of reconnecting with everything.

Bb cut down two banana trees from our patio in the morning. This meant, of course, a trip to the garden centre to buy something for that corner….and a few more things! They’ll be delivered tomorrow. There’s progress in our urban garden on the roof terrace. Tomatoes are looking great. There’s already a flower on the pepper plant. Quite a few of the veggie seeds that we sowed before we left have come through. Exciting!

We walked down from the garden centre and discovered a few lovely hidden-gem restaurants in that area. We enjoyed some delicious sharing dishes in Fleming and then walked back down to our own barrio.

Nice to be away and nice to be home! Here’s Bb on our patio tonight.
