Super Sunday

After another swimming session and obligatory ride on the flume this morning we all returned home for some fun in the sun and lunch.

After this we all went for a walk round the Murieston Trail but unfortunately L tripped in the gravel only minutes from the house and skinned both knees (again).

A trip to the park followed and then back to the house to play in the garden and catch as much of the tennis as possible.

Murray has taken the first set 6-4 to fingers crossed for a good Scottish win. Or is that a British win?

The plan is to drop K off after dinner and catch the gym so we'll see what happens.
