Rain, rain and more rain

I couldn't believe how much rain there had been when I looked at the wheelbarrow! In about 36 hours!!! 
We had a pleasant, if slightly sad at times, day celebrating with the local family what would have been Mum's 98th birthday tomorrow. We had planned a wee tea party and thought we would go ahead anyhow and raise a glass to her of fizz which we did. Had one of her favourite meals as well - steak pie and crumble to follow.
