a quiet morning reading…..as i was reading the paper my eyes kept closing……so i thought best to get going……i did some preparation for the service my friends and i  i am doing in a care home….
then lunch and
 a short walk as i am not feeling tops….

i snapped two lads with a bike on the parking place nearby …when i looked at them on my ipad i saw i had used the live setting on the phone camera and tried different editing ….i think this long exposure makes quite a nice abstract ….
