Judith's photos

We didn't really have much planned for today, other than a vague "we'll go out somewhere". As the forecast was for rain late morning and again in the afternoon, we opted for a walk around the town.
We spotted this oddity on the path that runs along the side of the church. There were actually 2 of these, facing each other as though to mark the start & end of a short section. I've never noticed them before so I had to Google... Apparently, Granolithic is a form of high-grade concrete, invented by Stuart & Co., Edinburgh. So our vague wander turned out to be quite interesting!
