Military

I set off for Oxfordshire at the crack of dawn this morning to do some packing and gardening at the bungalow. By mid-day I was in need of a break so headed off to one of my favourite orchid sites in the Chilterns. This is one of only three sites in Britain where the Military Orchid can still be found. I knew it was a bit late for them to be in peak condition but I found a few good ones in the shadier areas of the site.
