A Salad Day

Anyone want a bad back? It was ok at 6:00 am this morning but when I woke two hours later, it was killing me.
Managed to hobble round the supermarket but forgot to get the thing I really went to buy!
Spent the afternoon in bed, I’ve taken some pain killers so hopefully it will ease later. Think I probably did it carrying my suitcase etc from the holiday up my steep driveway.
I’ll comment on people’s blips when I’m more in the mood, hopefully that will be tomorrow.
