Mono Monday

 Up earlier than expected today - hubby went off for his cycle around 6:30/6:45.  I received a call from him at 7:30, he had a puncture and needed picking up. (He has a bike carrier/tow bar in the back of the car for such eventualities.)

Back home and after breakfast, decided to take a trip to the garden centre to purchase our hanging basket.  We umm’d and ahh’d at the range of baskets, initially picking one but deciding it was too big for the area we needed to display it in.  Changed to a smaller one, but then both decided we liked the first one - purchased.  Once home, hooked the basket into place ……. too big.  It is temporarily in the back garden until we get a new hook for the front (main photo plus original in extras).

Our daughter and boys popped over this afternoon - they were full of fun, played games and puzzles.

Out tonight as usual for games, trivia and hopefully cake.
