Marvão

Beautiful medieval village, perched on top of a mountain, with its own sprawling castle. There’s a maze of cobblestone streets and white(ish) buildings with earth toned clay tiles (a bit reminiscent of Greece, actually).

The views encompass 360 degrees (see extra for view from our room) and it is so peaceful and quiet after the hustle bustle of Porto!

We were going to drive around the area but decided to just soak it all up and chill :)
