Notes: Awake early but back to sleep until after 7a. Groggy, stiff and late coffee. Debated a run to Publix for kombucha but didn't feel like it. Made a new batch of choc PB fat bombs, pineapple jello and whipped cream. Mid morning to the pool for a bit - another blazing hot day. Did a meditation and rested a little and then made a filet (finally used my stainless grill pan - actually worked really well) and roasted some asparagus w/ EVOO & balsamic in the toaster oven - Ceria NA beer to go with. Had fresh berries later w/ lemon whipped cream. Streamed shows in the evening, did a batch of distilled water (has been awhile), then was after 1130a till I finally went to sleep.
