Relieved

I was pleased to be able to confirm that at least two reds are visiting the feeders. For weeks, now, we have only seen a single red visiting, but yesterday evening I noticed one that was only eating loose peanuts, rather than any of the hazelnuts. So I suspected there was a new red visiting, I was proved right today, when it was joined by another. Well not actually joined, but chased.
I watched a lovely programme on BBC4 this evening on Cumbria's red squirrels.
