Reflections

This caught my eye when visiting the auction showrooms this morning. I am referring to the reflection in the mirror! We do not collect pots.

For those interested, here is the description of the pot which comes up for auction tonight:
French Sevre style porcelain cache pot, 19th century. Decorated with courting couples scenes, gilded highlights and jewelling against tutquoise ground, mounted on ormolu scolled feet base. Wreath shape twin handles, height 25cm. Estimate $1000 - $2000.
