Bob bore, rydw i eistedd i lawr yn fy nghwt i ymarfer myfyrdod. Yn Fwdhaeth, myfyrdod ydy'r brasamcan agos at wneud dim, dim byd, dim symud, dim sŵn, dim meddwl. Rydyn ni'n gwneud pethau arall hefyd sy'n swnllyd iawn, ond mae'r prif ymarfer yw gwneud dim byd. Dyw e ddim yn hawdd, yn arbennig i eistedd gyda dim feddylion, ond dyna'r ymarfer.

Every morning ,I sit down in my hut to practice meditation. In Buddhism, meditation is the closest approximation to doing nothing, nothing, no movement, no noise, no thought. We do other things too which are very noisy, but the main exercise is to do nothing. It's not easy, especially to sit with no thoughts, but that's the practice.

'What's the point?', I hear you say. Well, I'm glad you asked the question. The main purpose is to know that we are addicted to thinking, and that we don't have to be. In the end the mind becomes quiet

My hut is very comfortable and is currently being tested by the weather and seems to be doing well. The rain stays outside while I stay inside.

In other news I have started building another building in the place behind the hut. I'm building a roof to make a shelter because it's not good to let space go to waste. This might be the last building - but I've thought that before
