New neighbours

A very young looking mum cat and her sweet kittens have moved onto the little roundabout at the end of my cul-de-sac. It’s a small road with only 4 houses on, and the roundabout is heavily planted up, so it’s a good spot for baby cat raising. I’ve been giving them food and they come to our garden to drink from the outside water bowl (ahem, Snowfkake!), and last night she even fed her kittens on our driveway. They’re adorable but totally feral. Mum hisses at me continuously, even as I’m putting food down, and I had to take this with a zoom, as they run off if I get too close. We still sat in the road for a while, coo-ing over them and making sure they ate in peace.
