Getting caught up!

An interesting walk this afternoon ..... there had been some rain but the sun had come out & there was blue sky so we decided to risk it!

As we were a little way 'up the road' we realised there was a bank of dark cloud behind us! It looked rather ominous.

Having decided that it was (hopefully) passing behind us, we carried on!

A short while after there was an almighty clap of thunder behind & the rain started!

We were lucky that we were right on the edge of the storm as it raged behind us & only got a little damp! Phew!

Saw this Song Thrush trying to hide in the tree ..... not hiding well enough though as I managed to get this :-)
