Birds Foot Trefoil

growing in patches along the road side between Dervaig and Salen.  Also known as Eggs and Bacon the flower is good for butterflies and of course bees.

After a few hours of dry weather it has rained steadily for the rest of the day, I expect we need it?   I had a good meeting in Salen and later a chat with a friend who lives in Dervaig.
