Awake very early for a second consecutive morning. I decided to go shopping and was at Sainsbury’s in Kendal for 7 o’clock.

Home, unpacked and put the chilled food in the fridge. Then straight out again to try and beat the rain that was imminent. I drove to Bowness for a wander and blip before a bit more shopping in Windermere.

The rain started during the drive home.
