A bit more work to do

I started the day with an appointment to see the nurse who didn’t disappoint by giving me the usual news of “you are doing really well and I’m happy but, can you do a bit more in the next three months”.
On to a very light lunch with a really good friend who I haven’t seen for nearly 12 months. The plants are a result of our wander around the garden centre. She has since sent me a photo of hers planted! Tomorrow is another day.
