Oh lads, a truly dreadful day weather-wise: nonstop rain, greyness and wind. Cold too. Everything is getting flattened and all the new seedlings I had loving reared (echinacea, hyssop, cosmos) and only just put out have been eaten. In other news I  fell into the rocket whilst watering the polytunnel and have left a freespiral sort of outline á la Tom and Jerry. It was soft anyway. The spinach is excellent this year and I've just made a massive flan - mmmm. I've also been working on my (very) short talk that I am delivering at the well conference in Buxton at the beginning of July  and have been in contact with the Dingle Druid for some photos, so a useful day anyway.
