Facelift...

Almost nine years ago I posted a shot of the sign outside Han bar in New Malden. At the time it had a wood clad façade, and the interior was quite dark with wooden fittings. Over the last few weeks there has been a transformation taking place, the wood inside and out has been replaced by dark metal, and a quick look through the doors today revealed that it's going to feature some flashing/pulsing lighting. They've always had karaoke rooms in the basement, but it looks as though the main bar may now be going the same way - I can't say I'll be tempted to try it once it re-opens!
