Aquilegia

I tried to grow aquilegia years ago and they were just destroyed by the slugs, eaten to a bare skeleton.  This one has self seeded beside the wheelie bins and is doing fine and shows up nicely in the rain.
The cafe was quiet this afternoon, but yesterday the place was heaving apparently, so I missed all the excitement.
