I think it needs a taller trellis

It shouldn’t be out for a couple of weeks yet but here we are . The foxglove and delphinium and yarrow are blooming. The iris are fading already. But the rotten little plant bugs eating my hydrangeas are back and they laughed at the berm oil spray. What to try next!
