So near and yet so far!

It was always going to be a tight turnaround but a late departure plus horrendously long passport control queue (thanks Brexit) because of lots of delayed flights. I missed my flight by minutes! I’m rebooked for first thing tomorrow and I’m now staying in the most expensive room I’ve ever stayed in!! £450 for a bed in the Sheraton. Still, at least I’m handy for the airport tomorrow morning and I’m very grateful I’m able to just book and pay for it!
