Cooling down in the evening

Ok, I quess it is time to cool this apartment down in the evening... I am happy as we have this air heat/cool pump now for second summer. 

Nothing extraordinary today. I am getting bored at home making exercises for the knee only. It is getting better from fay to day, but I wish this eould be a quicker project ..

I am happy though that our daughter and her boyfriend have found again some optional house. So I have something nice to think about.
