striking a pose

All week on holiday I have been playing with a new macro and this dragonfly has had most of my attention as he likes flying over the pool all day. I managed to capture this shot with a sun-bed as the backdrop (I knew they would come in useful for something even if I cannot lie for too long on them)

This is the first time I have owned a macro and I've become a fan, they are such great fun and I like how they give an insight into a world we don't normally see.

On the way home tomorrow so back to normal and my new challenge of finding time for a blip each day
