View from the Bus

I went into town by bus to meet my friend for tea (and no cake) as we are being good.

I went to John Lewis, Oxford Street first to buy yet another circular knitting needle. And then I caught a bus outside John Lewis to Waterloo Road outside Waterloo Station. This picture is from the bus as we crossed the River Thames by Waterloo Bridge.
Rain nearly all day and I missed it by walking through the station, through the new part called The Sidings and then on to Gail’s Cafe on York Street.
Nice to get out even if it was raining.
