Speke Hall

A damp and dull morning, but it brightened up in the afternoon allowing us a first ever visit to Speke Hall. 
Unfortunately I'd forgotten that it was school holidays and the place was overrun with children, so we didn't stay long :(
This little boy was playing in the long grass and I thought he looked nice with his red cap. 
The queue to get into the house was way too long for us, so we will be returning when it's much less busy. Part of the house in extras.
