shades of summer

Wow scorcio!!! Fab day..up early for 11 miles cross-country...hot but top run...starting to get proper fit and hammered the hills. Tea and a bun after the run....quick shower....walk down to the seafront...stop off for mojito on the way...down to gunwharf glass of vino...now chillin with me girl ...Bliss 8-). Oh and the Scottish chap won a game of tennis
