The first iris

I don't have as many iris in this garden as I did before I moved. This is one that I brought with me and planted right away so it survived that first winter. I cannot find the name of it now.

After receiving 50 mm of rain yesterday, the skies cleared today and the temperature this afternoon was 21 C.

We will speed things up for the rest of the week and play catch up. There will be a couple of jobs that will get delayed for 2 weeks but that happens sometimes. My biweekly jobs will be up to date and that's the main thing at this time of year.
