Which came first?

This grabbed me as a bit of a chicken and the egg situation. The truck seems new(ish) so maybe they saw the leaf colour last year which helped them make the decision.
Or maybe they didn't
Off to the docs for prescription renewal. He's sending me for routine tests to the hospital. Shouldn't find any problems.
